2026 NZPC Magazine Winter Drag Wars 3

This is the first round of the NZPC Magazine Winter Drag Wars Series.
Come have a midwinter blat, practice your launches, get those reaction times...whatever!

Gate Entry: $20, kids under 12 FREE
Race Entry: $50
Race Entry opens at 10am-12pm

Practice / qualifying at 11am
Eliminations racing from 1pm onwards (can be earlier depending on numbers)

CLASSES: 
Cars DYO - all in DYO class for cars only
Bikes DYO - all in DYO class for bikes only

Grudge racing will run throughout the day for all racers knocked out of racing.

Just like Night Speed Drag Wars; these race meetings are for street legal vehicles only. All vehicles must have WOF and REGO to enter in to racing. You also need a helmet (NO – BMX/Moto Cross helmets are not permitted) and a minimum Restricted License for a car driver and if you’re biker, you can race on a Learner as long as your bike is on the LAMS approved bike list. Ensure your battery is securely fastened/tied down.

Lastly, you can run D.O.T approved street legal drag tyres only but any other race slick is strictly prohibited. any vehicles running quicker than 11.00 seconds, the driver/rider and vehicle must comply to drag racing rules
