**CANCELLED** 2022 AUCKLAND HARLEY DAVIDSON NZ NATIONALS - QUALIFYING

CANCELLED - DUE TO STRICT GOVERNMENT AND MOH REGULATIONS FOR OPERATING EVENTS IN RED LIGHT, THE 2022 AUCKLAND HARLEY DAVIDSON NZ NATIONALS HAS BEEN CANCELLED. 

The 2022 NZ Nationals at NAPA Auto Parts Dragway is proudly sponsored by Ray and the team at Auckland Harley Davidson. This is a two day event with Qualifying on Saturday 19 February 2022 and Eliminations Racing on Sunday 20th February.

It is the eighth, the penultimate round of the 2021/2022 NZ Drag Racing Championship Series so racing should be hot as racers head into the pointy business end of the season. 

As all qualifying will be completed on Saturday 19th February, there will be NO race entry on Sunday 20th February. We encourage all racers to pre-enter on https://forms.gle/c1vbzTXtf59hC3Ux9 to help us reduce paperwork and queuing time at Race Entry, to confirm your Pit Space requirements if you are visiting us for the first time this season, and assist us to produce a more accurate Race Schedule. Payment will be made at Race Entry at the track as usual, when you come to sign your logbook and/or scrutineer (scruitneering only required for non-Tech vehicles).

Saturday 19 February 2022 - QUALIFYING
Gates open: 8am / Gate Entry: $20 (or $40 for a weekend pass)
Kids under 12 free
Race Entry opens: 8am 
Qualifying starts: 930am

Sunday 20 February 2022 - ELIMINATIONS RACING
Gates open: 8am / Gate Entry: $20 
Kids under 12 free
Race Entry opens: 8am 
Racing starts: 10am

Race Entry costs: 
GROUP 1 = $195 ($170 with IHRA NZ membership)
GROUP 2 & SCO = $165 ($140 with IHRA NZ membership)
GROUP 3 = $135 ($110 with IHRA NZ membership)
SUPER STREET = $105 ($80 with IHRA NZ membership)
SCREAMIN’ EAGLES & MOD BIKE = $80 ($55 with IHRA NZ membership)
JDs & TEEN RACERS = $25 (FREE with IHRA NZ membership)

This meeting caters to all rulebook classes as listed: 
Junior Dragster – Super Street – Screamin’ Eagles – Modified Bike – Super Sedan – Modified – Top Street (including Sport Compact) – Competition – Competition Bike – Supercharged Outlaw – Top Doorslammer – Top Alcohol.

Racers – please ensure you have a face covering when you come to race entry, have your Civil Drivers Licence, current Log Book and current IHRA / NZDRA drag racing licence and IHRA NZ membership card (if applicable) with you when you come to race entry. 

GROUP 1 & GROUP 2 RACERS:Please ensure your vehicle has been weighed and that this weight is recorded in the relevant section of your log book before coming to Race Entry. 

Camping is available at track for racers and crew only.  Please camp in the allocated camping area. NO camping in the Pits. Visit our Accommodation page for full accommodation options including local motel/hotel options. 

Tow Vouchers and prize money will be paid as per the NAPA Auto Parts Dragway Season newsletter.

This event, as with all events nationwide, is run under My Vaccine Passport rules and regulations. Everyone must produce a valid and legible My Vaccine Passport for checking and / or scanning purposes. Please don't be offended when asked to produce your My Vaccine Passport by the gate staff, security or a NAPA Auto Parts Dragway official.
